Child Policy

  • Below 6 years – Complementary but should remain under strict supervision of parents at all times 7 to 12 yrs – 50% of the adult rate
  • Above 12yrs – Full adult rate

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations have to be done in writing and the following cancellations charges of the total package price will be deducted/charge:
  • More than 30days - 10%
  • 21-30 days - 40%
  • 11-20 days - 65%
  • Less then 11days - 100%

Rental Requirements (Indian Nationals)

  • Photo Copy of Voter ID card, Aadhar card or Passport
  • Photo Copy of Driving License
  • Passport Sized Photo x 1
  • Minimum of 3 days renting
  • Refundable Security Deposit - Rs 10,000/- per bike in Cash (refundable post adjusting of damages)

  • Photo Copy of Passport
  • Original Copy of Return Flight Ticket
  • Photo Copy of Driving License
  • Minimum of 3 days renting
  • Refundable Security Deposit - Rs 10,000/- per bike (refundable post adjusting of damages)

Rate Includes

  • Unlimited miles and no hourly charges
  • Motorbike accessories including rear view mirrors, leg guard, helmet (for rider only)
  • Free consultations on itineraries, ride routes and destinations

Rate Excludes

  • Refundable Security Deposit - Rs 10,000/- per bike
  • Bike fuel
  • Accommodation and Meals
  • Items of personal nature i.e. bar, shop, telephone bills
  • Extra gear that can be hired
  • Applicable Govt. Taxes and Service Charge

Booking Terms

  • Bookings will be confirmed to reservations only after receiving 50% of the total invoice to guarantee rate and rental dates
  • Discount rates are subject to blackout dates and availability
  • Rental rates could change depending on season and location

Maintenance Responsibility

  • Customer is responsible for general maintenance once the bike is handed over and should report mechanical failures immediately. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damages due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.

Motorcycle Substitution

  • Generally there will be no substitution of motorcycles after handover to customer.

Return Policy

  • • Bikes need to be returned as per the date and time mutually agreed upon or between working hours (9am to 6pm). Advance notification is required if bikes are being returned at a time other than working hours. In Case of failing to return bikes and related documents on time Security deposit fully or partially may be held

Payment Method

  • Payment can be made in cash, cheque, wire transfer or western union.

  1. DAY 1 : ARRIVALS IN SILIGURI - Arrival in Siliguri, check -in to hotel
    -Briefing and allocation of bikes for the trip.
    - Half Day Leisure at Siliguri.
    - Afternoon sightseeing of Siliguri. This day is basically reserved for relaxation before starting your dream tour to Bhutan.
    -Overnight stay at Hotel.

  2. DAY 2 : SILIGURI – PHUNTSHOLING This is the day we start our ride to Phuntsholing, crossing Thick jungles of the famous Dooars- the foothills of himalayas. We would have a tea halt at an awesome location in Dooars. With some more ride we will be crossing Bhutan border town of Phuntsholing. We will stop for some local tea flavours enroute, and then ride through typical North Bengal towns to reach Jaigaon or Phuntsholing. This is also the day to complete border formalities and vehicle permits. We will stay overnight at a hotel in Phuntsholing. The change in culture and of course traffic conditions would drastically change as you step into Bhutan. rivers and streams. Despite being an economic centre of Bhutan, Phuntsholing is quiet and orderly, much in contrast to its counterparts in other countries.

  3. DAY 3 : PHUNTSHOLING TO THIMPU You’ll embark on the journey - through the misty and winding roads. It could rain through some or more part of your ride. That adds to the mystical and nature filled destination you are now entering. On the way we’ll make a few stops at local teah houses and Dantak canteen. There are a few places your permits will be stamped. Once closer to Thimphu - you slow down and ride into the capital city. All going well and weather on our side and not too bad, we should be in our hotel by late afternoon. There are no traffic lights in Bhutan and hence some circuitous routes to your hotel would be evident.

  4. DAY 4 : THIMPHU – PUNAKHA After breakfast, Check out from the hotel and we will start our for another beautiful place - Punakha through the Dochula pass at 3100m. On the way to Punakha, we encounter the Chimi Lhakhang (Fertility Temple).
    SEE - CHIMI LHAKHANG, Punakha Dzong Fortress, confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers.

  5. DAY 5 : PUNAKHA – TRONGSA Leave Punakha after breakfast and enjoy a scenic drive to Trongsa. At a distance of 140 kms, the drive will initially take you up a winding route through the Pele La Pass that is at an altitude of 3300m. Trongsa has a beautiful Dzong that would become visible as you ride down the hill towards the town. overnight stay at Trongsa.

  6. DAY 6 : TRONGSA-PARO After Early Morning Breakfast, We will start our ride back but to the most famous destination of Bhutan- PARO. After the tedious and long travel, HAVE REST and rejuvenate for adventure, relax, local sightseeing and shopping in local market.

  7. DAY 7 : REST DAY IN PARO After breakfast, Take time today to explore the charming town of Paro. Either take a 3-4 hour trek up hill to visit famous Tiger's nest temple, if not horses can be hired to help you ascend up to this destination. Tiger Nest perched on the edge of a 1,200-meter cliff, the Tiger Nest monastery is an enthralling sight, also the unofficial symbol of Bhutan.

  8. DAY 8 : PARO TO PHUNTSHOLING After relaxing night, Have breakfast and we will start ride back to Phuntsholing. Check in to the Hotel by the evening. As it is last leg of the tour and also the last day of the year. We will be celebrating the day at fullest with beautiful memories of this tour. Overnight stay in Hotel.

  9. DAY 9 : PHUNTSHOLING TO SILIGURI - This is last day of Backpacking tour to Bhutan. After breakfast, We will depart for Siliguri with endless memories of Mesmerising Bhutan. Reach Siliguri by the Afternoon.
