ITINERARY DETAILS

Day 1: Arrival at  NJP /  Bagdogra  Air Port  to   Siliguri     Arrive at Siliguri via Flight. Check-in to your rooms and relax. You would be meeting your fellow riders and your machines in the evening. Take a test drive and let our tour mechanic know if you want any changes. Ride captain will brief you before dinner making you understand the terrain and the things to keep in mind while riding. Overnight stay in the Hotel.

 DAY 2: Siliguri to Phuntsholing 165km)     Today We will start our Adventure to reach the border of Bhutan The Dragin Kingdom. We will cross the tinsel town Siliguri and embark the journey. Accelerating our bikes toward the Phuntsholing. This beautiful journey will take around 5-6 hours to reach the destination. Permits will be done here at the immigration office. Overnight stay in the hotel.

 DAY 3: Phuentsholing to Thimphu (148Km)   The day will start with breakfast and Changing our watch time 30min ahead as Bhutan time is 30min ahead of IST. Today we will accelerate towards Thimpu. There will be a descend climb and we will witness the amazing scenic view. The roads will be moderate over the ride. We will stop at Thimpu. Overnight stay and dinner over there.

 DAY 4: Thimphu Sightseeing      After having breakfast Accelerate your bike and explore the beauty of Thimphu. We will visit Different visits will monasteries like Changangkha, Lhakhang and Zangthoperi.In Lhakhang, you will hear Hymns and vibration of Buddhist monks and if are looking for buying something its a heaven for shopping lover. We will also visit the historical museum which will bring to there culture one step more closer. You will also get to see the world’s biggest Buddha statue. After the exploration, we shall head back to the hotel for Dinner and overnight stay.

 DAY 5: Thimphu TO Punakha (85Km)    Today we will be riding towards Punakha. The Journey will be almost of 3-4 but it will a memorable journey as you will be crossing the world-famous Dochula Pass which has almost 107 Memorial Stupas in the memory of their Martyred soldiers. Next, we shall halt at the Punakha Dzong famous and witness the special Bhutanese architecture. We stop at Punakha for an overnight stay at hotels.

 DAY 6: Punakha to Paro (125km)    After having breakfast in the morning we will resume our journey towards Paro today. We will visit fort Paro Dzong also the monastery over there covered with mountains. Later we shall visit the National Museum. An ancient TaZing which help us to understand the culture and history of Bhutan. After that, we will go to one of the oldest temples in Bhutan- Kyichu Lhakhang. After that overnight at Hotel

 DAY 7: Paro – Taktsang Monastery – Paro    Today we will visit Taktsang monastery and will ride back to our hotel in Paro. While riding towards we will see the beautiful golden paddy fields. While making twists and turns. While riding in a pine forest we will see small cottages before the road ends there we will start our trek towards the famous Taktsang or Tigers Nest Monastery. It You will witness steep slopes and dusty paths in the forest as we move ahead. The beauty of the place makes one forget all the fatigue. Ride Back to the hotel in Paro and overnight stay there.

 DAY 8: Paro to Phuentsholing (145km)   From Today Onwards we shall be riding back to Siliguri but today we will halt at Phuentsholing.Today we will be riding almost 150km. We will also be riding the road which proceed through the only international airport in Bhutan which was built in 1962 by Dantak, (BRO). The ride in this route is pretty scenic. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 DAY 9: Phuentsholing to Siliguri(165km)     After breakfast today, we would be heading towards Siliguri which will be 145 kms and our last destination. We will reach Siliguri by evening. We would be spending some time after dinner to talk about the amazing experience. Time to bid goodbye to your fellow ride.

Accommodation

• There may be instances when all the participants can't be accommodated in the same hotel, so we may have to divide the group.

For Booking

• Rider / Pillion shall need to pay Rs.7,000/- as a booking amount at the time of reserving the tour.
• Remaining Amount must be clear before 30 days of the scheduled departure of the tour
• Upgrade of the bike at an additional cost.
• Single sharing accommodation at an additional cost
•  

Cancellation Policy:

• Non Refundable Amount Rs.7,000.
• From 60 to 45 days before commencement of the tour 25 %.
• From 45 to 30 days before commencement of the tour 50 %.
• Below 30 days or not traveling 100 %

The participant can, at any moment before the commencement day, cancel his registration for that particular tour, it is, however, important that we receive the information about your travel cancellation in writing. The tour could be cancelled or delay before the commencement, in the case minimum participation is not attained. In such a case we shall inform you immediately and also return the total amount collected from you.

For any changes in tour program due to the reasons beyond our control like landslides, weather conditions, etc, you shall need to pay the additional amount required to successfully operate the tour.

The backup vehicle shall be provided if the group size is a minimum of 12 people. If the participation shall be less than 12 riders, the tour shall still be backed up by a qualified mechanic and we shall provide luggage carriers on bikes for carrying luggage.

Last date of Registration

The last date of Registration is prior  30  days of the trip date. Rockers Ride  reserves the right to close the registration early or extend the date of registration. Rockers Ride  reserves the right to change, alter or cancel a trip due to any reason which might not be in the best interest of your safety, like dangerous water levels, landslides, extreme weather conditions, etc.

Note: There may be changes in the route and final program due to any unforeseen circumstances.
