Package Itinerary:

Day 1  Arrive NJP/Bagdogra. Met upon arrival and drive to Gangtok via Siliguri with break at Rangpo. Arrive Gangtok, assist with Hotel check in. Evening at leisure. Over night at Hotel. (120km/5Hrs)

Day 2  Morning: After Breakfast ride from Gangtok to Dzongu. Lunch at Magan Afternoon : Visit to hot water spring, waterfalls. Overnight at Hotel in Dzongu .(98km/4Hrs)

Day 3  Morning : Ride from Dzongu to Thangu. Lunch at Chungthang Afternoon: Rest and relaxation Overnight at Thangu Hotel(104km/5Hrs)

Day 4   Morning: Ride from Thangu to Lachung Afternoon: Visit Chopta Valley & Gurudongmar Lake (5150m). Ride back to Lachung Over night at Lachung. Hotel (120km/5hrs)

Day 5   Morning : Lachung to Gangtok. Visit to Yumthang Valley and Yume Samdong (4640m) Lunch at Zero Point Afternoon: Arrive Gangtok. Overnight at Gangtok. Evening at leisure(174km/5Hrs)

Day 6   Morning :- Gangtok to NJP/Bagdogra. End of tour (120km/4Hrs)

Accommodation

• There may be instances when all the participants can't be accommodated in the same hotel, so we may have to divide the group.

For Booking

• Rider / Pillion shall need to pay Rs.7,000/- as a booking amount at the time of reserving the tour.
• Remaining Amount must be clear before 30 days of the scheduled departure of the tour
• Upgrade of the bike at an additional cost.
• Single sharing accommodation at an additional cost

Cancellation Policy:

• Non Refundable Amount Rs.7,000.
• From 60 to 45 days before commencement of the tour 25 %.
• From 45 to 30 days before commencement of the tour 50 %.
• Below 30 days or not traveling 100 %

The participant can, at any moment before the commencement day, cancel his registration for that particular tour, it is, however, important that we receive the information about your travel cancellation in writing. The tour could be cancelled or delay before the commencement, in the case minimum participation is not attained. In such a case we shall inform you immediately and also return the total amount collected from you.

For any changes in tour program due to the reasons beyond our control like landslides, weather conditions, etc, you shall need to pay the additional amount required to successfully operate the tour.

The backup vehicle shall be provided if the group size is a minimum of 12 people. If the participation shall be less than 12 riders, the tour shall still be backed up by a qualified mechanic and we shall provide luggage carriers on bikes for carrying luggage.

Last date of Registration

The last date of Registration is prior  30  days of the trip date. Rockers Ride  reserves the right to close the registration early or extend the date of registration. Rockers Ride  reserves the right to change, alter or cancel a trip due to any reason which might not be in the best interest of your safety, like dangerous water levels, landslides, extreme weather conditions, etc.

Note: There may be changes in the route and final program due to any unforeseen circumstances.
